Wrongful Termination and Discrimination
Timothy McGonigle has been successful in representing employees since becoming a member of the California State Bar in 1984. He has tried numerous jury trials to verdict, representing individuals that have suffered losses and emotional trauma as a result of the wrongful conduct of employers. Timothy is aware of the emotional devastation that employers can impose on employees and is keenly aware that it is hard for an employee to fight for their rights when they are outnumbered and faced with bullies in the work force and human resource employees and turn a blind to bad behavior. That wrongful conduct includes wrongfully terminating employees, sexual harassment of employees and discriminatory conduct based on race, religion and sexual preference.
McGonigle Law represented the Plaintiff in a misrepresentation and wrongful termination case against Plaintiff’s former company, PeerNova, Inc. and Naveed Sherwani. The case was arbitrated to conclusion by Martin H. …
“When Tim and his staff took on my case, they had hurdles created by former counsel to overcome. Even with all that was working against us, Tim and his staff used their considerable gifts and skills to successfully resolve the case.“
