Wrongful Termination and Discrimination

Timothy McGonigle has been successful in representing employees since becoming a member of the California State Bar in 1984.  He has tried numerous jury trials to verdict, representing individuals that have suffered losses and emotional trauma as a result of the wrongful conduct of employers. Timothy is aware of the emotional devastation that employers can impose on employees and is keenly aware that it is hard for an employee to fight for their rights when they are outnumbered and faced with bullies in the work force and human resource employees and turn a blind to bad behavior. That wrongful conduct includes wrongfully terminating employees, sexual harassment of employees and discriminatory conduct based on race, religion and sexual preference.
