Automobile vs. Cyclist Accident

The firm recently obtained a six-figure settlement and obtained the full limits of underinsured motorist insurance coverage for an injured policyholder who was “doored” by an automobile while riding his bicycle.  This indemnity payment for the client’s fractured clavicle was obtained even before being required to file suit.
